Standard Package

For a set fee of £35.00 + VAT per employee (per month) we can offer the following package:-

  • Payroll Services (our in-house team will look after all of your payroll needs each month including processing of salary payments and issuing payslips)
  • Initial Employment Advice arising from any issues/concerns
  • Contract reviews (to ensure your employment contracts are up to date and in line with current legislation)
  • Insurance Indemnity (i.e. insurance- backed protection for Employment Tribunal claims – note: advice must be sought via Crabtree prior to any action being taken in order to be covered).

Cover for employment advice and insurance indemnity is via Peninsula Business Services.

  • Recruitment and Selection

    Our experienced Property Managers will assist you in the recruitment process for new or replacement staff. This will include advertising of the vacancy, selection, interview, checking of visa documentation, recruitment and issuing the contract of employment.

    Dealing with issues arising after initial advice has been sought, such as capability and Disciplinary issues, maternity, retirement issues etc. This can include writing letters, attending meetings, taking minutes etc.

  • Tax Year End Obligations

    Issuing of Forms P60 and P11D at the end of the tax year and dealing with any queries from HMRC.

  • TUPE (Transfer of Undertaking Protection Employees)

    If, for whatever reason, we and the client parts company and there is a case that we could be deemed to be the “employer” there is a duty to consult and notify with employees. This process will involve consultation with the staff to inform of change of employer and ensuring that all employee information i.e. personnel files are forwarded onto the new managing agent.

  • Pension Scheme

    If you have 5 or more employees, you are obliged to offer them a stakeholder pension scheme even if you do not necessarily contribute to that scheme for them. We have the facility to set up a scheme to cover your employees and you can choose whether or not to contribute on their behalf.
    The employee will also have the option to contribute themselves. The pension scheme will be fully transferable should the employee leave your employment or should we cease management.
